Jacob Harlow
Jacob J. Harlow is a seasoned trial attorney with over 20 years of courtroom experience. Born and raised in Central Missouri, Jacob graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of Missouri School of Journalism before earning his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law.
Prior to founding the Harlow Law Firm, Jacob worked as a prosecuting attorney in Central Illinois and the St. Louis Metro Area, successfully handling dozens of high profile and complex jury trials, including several murder cases. ​
In 2022, Jacob and his wife returned to the Heartland of Missouri to raise their family with Midwestern values and so he could serve clients on legal matters including personal injury, family law, landlord/tenant disputes, criminal defense, DWI, wrongful death and workers compensation.
Isabella Garrison
Isabella Garrison is the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our office running smoothly every day. Born and raised in North Central Missouri, Isabella brings a warm, approachable personality to the firm, making clients feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Isabella graduated from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Trauma and Resilience. She also holds an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and a Professional Certification in Trauma and Resilience. Her training includes an internship with the Victim Advocate in the Shelby County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she gained valuable experience supporting individuals through some of their most difficult moments.

At the firm, Isabella combines her legal knowledge, organizational skill, and natural people-centered approach to ensure that every client is met with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Whether she’s managing daily operations, assisting with casework, or helping clients navigate their first steps with the firm, Isabella is dedicated to keeping the office running at its best and making every interaction feel easy and welcoming.
